Introducing "Project 141"

WOW! Most of my adult life, like many others, I have been "chasing" the elusive work from home opportunity that would actually prove to be something worthwhile and that lived up to all of the "hype" that usually surrounded that particular opportunity.

And, like most, I have always been disappointed, frustrated and with less money in my bank account than when I started.

Anyone else out there? (I see all of your hands going up!)

I have "been there, done that" and have "sworn off" ever trying to be involved in any thing like that ever again but, like many, I still believe that there is SOMETHING out there that could actually work.

So, for the past several months (at least 6) I have been trying to figure out a way to provide people, like myself, a way to SLOWLY build something that could be very profitable over time and I think I finally have done so.

"Introducing Project 141"

I'm not going to take the time or space to go over all of the details that I have revealed up to this point in this blog BUT I am going to list the links on what you need to do to follow along from the beginning discussions of this program up to my most recent video at the time. PLEASE don't "jump ahead" on this because my thought process for this program is revealed through a series of blog articles and videos in a PURPOSEFUL ORDER.

Work From Home Series #1: Is It Possible?

It's the start of another calendar year - 2020 - and many people have geared themselves up to achieve something new and/or better in and for their lives. Among the top 2 categories for these "New Year's Resolutions" are health and wealth.

A lot of people will start this new year off with a stated desire to get in better shape. I do want you to notice, though, that a "stated" desire is actually a lot different than an "intentional" desire. And, the same is true as applied to the other category - wealth. Many people have a stated desire to improve their financial situation.

Due to this fact, as I mentioned on the podcast and/or the video that goes along with today's topic (see links below), both of these "desires" will lead many to take a look at "work from home opportunities". 

If you have looked at these very often then you know that there is a WIDE array of things that are offered in this area. And, if you have actually tried some of these then you also know that it is quite difficult to find something that actually works or that you feel is actually legitimate.  

I strongly encourage you to be sure to watch the video presentation for this series (YouTube link below). As always, there is also a podcast that has been recorded for each lesson in this series but I believe the video will be of a great benefit to and for you. 

So, again, the question that we will discuss today is, "IS IT POSSIBLE?"

The good news is that, YES, it IS possible but understand that "possible" does not mean "easy".

 

It is possible but you must CHOOSE WISELY and, friend, that will take some effort on your part. I believe that your reading, listening and/or watching this series is a part of that effort and I'm glad that I can be of assistance in this area.

I compare this effort to someone that desires to find a good relationship or marriage even after they have experienced several failed attempts in this area in the past. The same question will be asked about finding such a relationship: "Is it possible for me?" SURE IT IS! Hopefully a person has learned from their past mistakes and failed relationships and, HOPEFULLY, this has caused them to be more careful and more aware of what TO DO as well as what NOT TO DO (or look for) in their next relationship.

So it is with finding a legitimate work from home opportunity which you can feel good about being involved as well as representing.

You can see the schedule of upcoming "lessons" for this series and I hope you will be a part of all of these - they are ALL important for you to consider. Let me also mention that, although I am in no way any kind of "expert" in this area, everything I will share with you comes from my own experience in this area over the past 17 years.

RUTS: Duplication and Repetition

Once again, here are some of the original thoughts that I had jotted down from a recent sermon that I heard on "ruts":
A path or routine you follow day after day
A rut is fixed, rigid
A rut is not creative
A rut is not flexible
A rut cannot change easily
A rut is a route that is safe and gets me there
** "A rut is a grave with both ends knocked out"

I've pointed this out every time I've spoken about in via the podcast or even in writing through the blog but, DID YOU NOTICE THAT LAST ONE?



Today, I'm going to discuss the FACT that even "duplication" and "repetition" can become dangerous ruts.  Like most ruts, they can be something that brings about good, positive results but, as already mentioned, they can also become very dangerous and detrimental.

 

If you are involved (or have been involved) in any "work-from-home opportunity" or "home business" then you are very familiar with the terms, "duplication" and "repetition". For those of you that haven't, "duplication" is the word used to describe a program that has an "easy to follow system" that can be "duplicated" (or followed and copied) by anyone that follows the system or pattern. "Repetition" simply speaks to the idea of then following and implementing that "duplicatable system" over and over again.

 

Many times those promoting duplication and repetition will compare the process to that of following a recipe. If you follow the recipe for an apple pie, you won't come out with biscuits and gravy.

 

Makes sense, right?

 

However, if someone gives you their own personal recipe for a cake they have never cooked because they have never cooked ANYTHING before then, chances are, the "cake" that is produced is not going to be much of a cake (if even that!) even though you follow the recipe exactly. And, no matter how many times you follow - or repeat - that "recipe", the result will always be the same.

 

Does THAT make sense?

 

It should and, yet, so many people "blindly" follow a "recipe" that is doomed for failure and are surprised and disappointed when they end up with exactly that...FAILURE.

 

So, if what you duplicate and repeat is a system that produces failure or inferior results then, guess what? You'll get the same thing. Sometimes, there actually may be a better way to do what has been done before. Rarely is this not true. At some point in time things change and improve (including ideas, thoughts and opinions).

 

I'm sorry but, if someone promotes their recipe for an "incredible - the MOST amazing - chocolate cake that has EVER been created then - guess what? - they should be able to produce a sample of their own product that has come from following that recipe. Right?

 

If you ask them for that "sample" and they tell you, "Well, I have never been successful at making that cake BUT I know someone else that has!" Then, if you ask them if it was the person that gave them the recipe and they say, "No, but it was the person that first introduced this recipe to the person that gave it to the person that gave it to the person that gave it to the person that told me about it"...will you be convinced of the "incredible and amazing" features of this recipe?

 

NOPE.

 

I know this flies in the face of just about every "opportunity" out there and the system by which so many in these "opportunities" swear, but friend, how does this mindset even make sense?

 

Be careful WHAT you follow, WHO you follow and WHY you choose to follow them.

 

Think about this: the blind can easily lead the blind in a rut. Why? Because, again, a rut controls your path and direction. That's the very nature of a rut.

Ever know of anyone to try to pawn themselves off as an "expert"?

 

I remember a teen once that tried so hard to pass himself off as "smart" when he wasn't anywhere near that. He just wouldn't learn NOT to do that. Once, while at a summer camp, he stood in a cabin of his peers and told everyone that he had been tested and it came out that he was pretty much a genius!

Everyone laughed, he got his feelings hurt and he started arguing with them that it was true and he was still trying his best to convince them all of that even as the last one walked out the door. I stayed behind on purpose to try to help him, but he'd have none of it. (Oddly, what you'll find is that most people like this will stand by this lie as hard as they would any truth!).

I asked him if he realized that he was just making it hard on himself when he said stuff like that and that he really couldn't blame them for laughing at such things. He continued trying to convince me that this whole thing was true and that the rest of the guys were just mean. There was nothing that I could do to help him understand that there was absolutely no proof (results) that would ever point to what he was saying (please know that I knew this young man quite well).

 

Thousands of people have been "scammed" by those who have called themselves "experts" and were able to get these people to cough up hundreds of dollars to follow them and their ideas. They had pictures showing them in front of a fancy house, car or even plane. It had to be true, right? I mean, look at the pictures! The house, car and/or plane usually doesn't even belong to that person.

I once worked with a preacher that would have a type of "marriage enrichment" workshop from time to time. He obviously presented himself as an expert in the field to get these people to pay money to come hear him discuss this topic. Later, I found out that he and his wife had not slept in the same bed in something like a decade and that there was absolutely nothing to their marriage. This was also about the same time that it was discovered that he was having an affair with a younger lady whose husband was dying of cancer. Obviously he was NOT an expert in the area of having a successful marriage.

 

Talk is cheap! Results matter!

 

As you can already tell, I'm big on Dani Johnson! Even before this article I have mentioned her many times before. DO go check out her website and absorb all of the free material that is available there in the area of relationships, business, spiritual equipping and building a home business.

 

She IS an expert and she knows what she is talking about! And, yeah, she has the results (proof) to back all of this up! Just look over the countless testimonials that are listed on her page.

 

By the way, testimonials are another area that you have to watch and approach with caution. ALL of  "gurus" have some testimonials - but pay attention to what they are saying and pay attention to how many they have.

Dani Johnson has the MOST in this area of anyone that I have ever seen and I actually have heard directly from many of these people to know that it is true!

 

I want to encourage you to get on her page and, like I said, take advantage of anything and everything on there that you can find that is FREE! There's lots of it. Check it out, test it out and then delve into investing in what she has to offer for sale as well. (No, I don't get anything from it!).

 

Caution: She holds nothing back! She tells it like it is and will likely step on your toes. Mine are "sore" but, you know what? I - like most of you - NEED THAT from time to time!

 

And, by the way, although I'm not an expert in the way that she is an expert (and I won't call myself that anyway), I do feel that God has blessed me with the ability to communicate! I share with you the encouragement that I feel I also need to keep going on my journey to my goals and my dreams and I will continue to do so. I will also continue to point you toward those that can give you the "step 1, step 2, step 3 approach" to moving on toward success.

The Greatest Cost...

"The greatest cost would be a missed opportunity"- Jackie O'Guinn

 

I'm not sure if Mr. O'Guinn is the one that originally came up with that quote or not, but he is the one I heard say it last night when I was on a call with my company.

 

If you've been following along for the past few weeks you will remember that I said that it will likely take you longer to reach your goals and dreams than you first thought and it will likely COST YOU MORE than you first thought.

 

Many give up because of the cost. Cost simply meaning the amount of money that is being put into the pursuit of this goal.

 

Yes, I agree, you cannot and should not just blindly pour money into something without any return. But, here's one thing to seriously think about - if you think that you are going to "make it" by just pouring money into something then, friend, you are badly mistaken.

 

If that is what you are doing and expecting then you are likely being taken for a ride. That's the lazy man's way out and it usually DOES cost him big time.

 

However, many times we also think that pursing this goal and dream shouldn't cost us much of anything! We expect results quicker than is likely realistic and we expect to have to put in far less money than is realistic.

 

Sometimes we determine "cost" in a way that will cause us to miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime.

 

I heard it put this way on a call I was listening to today: If you were GUARANTEED to make $200,000 this year and it would cost you $20,000 to get in on this guarantee, what would you do? Would you just give up and walk away because you didn't have the $20,000 available to you at the moment or would you FIND a way or MAKE a way to get that $20,000?

 

It honestly depends on how you evaluate "cost".

 

Now, there are few guarantees in life, especially when it comes to money and potential earnings. But, as Mr. O'Guinn said, "The greatest cost would be a missed opportunity".

 

What does all of this mean for you?

 

It is simply encouraging you to learn to look at things differently if you are SERIOUS about making needed changes in your life.

 

It does take time and it is uncomfortable, especially at first, because there is risk involved (remember, guarantees are few and far between).

 

Here is a guarantee: You will miss 100% of the shots that you don't take.

 

I don't know friend. I just felt the need to share this information with you today. Maybe it doesn't hit you or connect with you today. But maybe, just maybe, this is exactly what you needed to hear.

 

Opportunity doesn't always knock and, most of the time, once that opportunity passes by your door it is gone, never to return.

 

Make the most of your time - make the most of your day - make the most of your life!

Your Actions May Betray You

So, what do you say?

 

Yeah, maybe a trick question. You see, there are two ways to look at that question:

          1. What do you say with your words?

          2. What do you say with your actions?

 

Bottom line: it doesn't matter what you say with your words...they are just words. It's what you DO that matters, right?

 

Of course that's right.

 

Similar to the graphic at the top of this article is the saying, "You can talk the talk but can you walk the walk?".

 

You need to be careful because your ACTIONS may betray your words.

 

Let me give you a real-life example that I experienced last week:

          I was talking to a guy on the phone the other day doing a "pre-screening interview" based on some information he had filled out on line about looking for a work-from-home opportunity. He was currently unemployed and told me that, on a scale of 1 - 10 (10 obviously being high) he was DEFINITELY A "10"! After I told him what I needed to tell him, I asked him how soon he could take a look at the information I had directed him to. Now, realize that this was on a Friday and, remember, he was unemployed which means he had nothing to do. His answer, "Uh...the weekend might be hard so, uh....probably like Tuesday or something."

          His ACTIONS (or lack thereof) were betraying his words (I'm a "10"!).

 

This guy certainly was not a "10" or he would have been checking out the information right away.

 

What about you?

 

Again, you have to be careful! Be careful about what you SAY around others about your plans and dreams. Remember, they are LISTENING! And, they will be asking how you are doing with what you said you were going to do.

 

Hey, it's hard enough as it is without having to face that, friend.

 

But, also, be careful with yourself. Don't say that you are willing to do whatever it takes if you aren't willing to do whatever it takes. Literally.

 

You know what I'm talking about. Get honest with yourself and realize that your actions may not be matching up with your words. And, yes, your actions will betray what you say.

 

Fix it.

 

And then let your ACTIONS speak louder than your words in a POWERFUL and POSITIVE way!

 

Pretty cool, right?

 

Absolutely.

A Map of My Journey (so far)

Wow, it just hit me as I was looking at the title of this post.

 

Have YOU ever thought about looking back over your life and imagining what it would look like as a map of where all you've been from a particular "starting point"?

 

Perhaps from your birth or whenever it was that you had goals and ambitions that you wanted to achieve. I don't know, maybe when you graduated High School or college and you had particular and maybe even specific ideas of what you were going to accomplish in your life.

 

Now, this is NOT an exercise in looking back in regret but simply an exercise in taking a look at the journey that we have been on.

 

Most of us probably envisioned this journey as one that was pretty much a straight line from point A to point B.

 

But, looking back, how straight is the path that has been taken so far?

 

That should make you smile!

 

Now, think of this: You're still here, friend. AND, you're still plugging along, right?

 

And, as you consider all of this, you discover that all of these "side-treks" that you have taken and all of the roadblocks all play a part in making you who you are today.

 

Take a few minutes (it's about 12 or 13 minutes which is about twice as long as usual) to listen to the podcast on iTunes or the RSS feed that goes along with this article to hear me talk about my journey along the way.

 

Yeah, I could type it all in here but, to me, there is just something "more" about hearing someone talk about their experiences.

 

What I talk about is not only jobs that I have had that were not what I had planned to be doing, but also all of the different "opportunities" or "home based business" ideas that I have tried with various levels of success over the past 25 or so years.

 

Just take a look at this: water purifiers, some kind of fiber cookies, buying "knick knack" items at wholesale and selling them for retail at flea markets, etc., some sort of electric gadget for business to use to save them money on their electric bill, business ads on maps,

opening a store selling badges and buttons that had cute little sayings and/or pictures on them, working at two different car dealerships, working as a sales rep at a chemical cleaner company, working at a lumber yard supply company as well as a grocery store, selling vacuum cleaners door to door  and a paper route.

 

Yeah. And all of that was in one town over the course of about five or six years.

 

I'm not going to type the rest of it here but let me tell you, this was just one place that I lived and tried different things and there are about six others. Listen to the podcast...LISTEN TO THE PODCAST so you can hear all of the rest.

 

Why am I sharing all of this? Because I want you to understand that I have "been there, done that"....literally.

 

But I have never given up and I will NEVER give up!

 

Oh, I've been close. There have been some very dark and depressing times through all of that but, friend, I'm still moving forward.

 

I've gotten more focused over time and more determined and, now, I feel that I have finally connected with the right company to take me - finally - where I plan to be.

 

Side note: You can find the website on this in the last blog post that I put up. Not trying to sell you anything or persuade you to do anything. I'm simply sharing information that may be just what you - or someone you know - are looking for.

 

I feel like it's similar to the lyrics in the chorus from a song I've many times over my lifetime:

I've been everywhere, man.
I've been everywhere, man.
Crossed the desert's bare, man.
I've breathed the mountain air, man.
Of travel I've had my share, man.
I've been everywhere.

 

 

 And I'm still going and going and going like that big rabbit on the television commercials.

 

Stay focused and committed to where you want to go and do NOT allow anyone or anything to stop you!

 

And, yeah, I do think I have a right and the ability to say that to you.

 

I hope you agree and I hope this has encouraged you to keep going.... regardless.

Tell Me WHY Again?

O.k. I'm not REALLY going to "go Hulk" because of this stuff I'm discussing but, I thought I'd have some fun and, at the same time, emphasize how disgusted I am with how some people "do business" - especially when it comes to "on-line opportunities".

If you haven't done so, be sure to go back and read my last blog since it serves as a background to what I'm talking about today. But, let me give a shortened version for a review in case you don't have time to read the last one at the moment...

Basically I ask WHY people that promote "opportunities" can't just be honest and upfront about what the cost of being involved in the program will actually be.  WHY can't they go ahead and give you the information that you really need - for the cost advertised - so that you can actually DO what they SAY you can do with their opportunity?

The two main problems that I've seen are as follows:

     1. You are sold a "watered-down version" of the program and, if you REALLY want to use this program to it's full potential (their hype applied here) then you REALLY NEED to "upgrade" to a different program OR to their "one-on-one coaching program". (Have you noticed how they all seem to have their own coaching program now?).

     2. You pay the advertised price only to be hit with page after page (or video after video) trying to "up sell" you to other parts of the program that you really need in order to get the most out of this program. HINT: When you pay and you are not immediately taken to the check out page - GET READY FOR UP SELL ATTEMPTS!

Today I will address another "frustration" that I have experienced over time and that I saw exhibited again just this past week as well as give you some hints/pointers as to what to watch out for with many of these programs.

First of all, a HINT and SUGGESTION for those of you that may take a look at some of these opportunities. GO FOR THE BEST PRICE! Here's what I mean - the price advertised is rarely the price that you CAN pay if you just make a few extra clicks. I'm sure you've noticed a box popping up on your screen asking you to not leave but to stay on the page "for a special offer", haven't you? IF YOU ARE REALLY INTERESTED in this product/opportunity then, by all means, STAY ON THE PAGE! You CAN and WILL get the offer for a lot less than was originally advertised if you want to follow through with the transaction.

Example: the current program that I am testing out was originally advertised for something like $49 and then $39 and, finally for $19 - which is what I paid for the program. (Of course, then came the constant "up sells" trying to get me to pay more which I declined).

I'm determined to figure this out WITHOUT having to "buy in" to the other "up sells" and I think that I will be able to make it work to some extent. THE POSITIVE: I am learning a lot that I didn't know before getting into this program and KNOWLEDGE is ALWAYS valuable!

Now on to my most recent event that has me bewildered at both the person/people promoting this business as well as the many others that are "gung-ho" about this opportunity. Stay with me here...

As part of my "package" that I paid for (for a lot less than originally advertised, remember?) I am able to be a part of 12 special webinars that are supposedly designed to help me get the most out of this program. The first one was rather uneventful and set up the basics which I had already done through the already-provided on-site videos. It was the second, and most recent, webinar that, once again cased me to ask the question, "WHY DO THAT?".

It did not take me long to figure out that this second webinar was nothing but a sales pitch for another program. By listening to the name of a "tool" the speaker kept talking about I figured that this "tool" was soon to be the topic of another thing "I must have". Was I correct? YES! (HINT: Pay attention to things like this. LISTEN and PAY ATTENTION to what is being said in advance of what is going to be said - make sense?)

So, what did I do? Well, while the presenter was talking away about this "program" I did an online search and found this program listed as a program offered by a relative of the presenter. That's right, the exact same program with lots and lots of links showing up after my search. HERE'S THE KICKER: The presenter was promoting this "program" as something that HE had come up with (true, he may have and helped his relative get it going) and that it was BRAND NEW and NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN and something that he just felt he HAD to share with his students. Why? Because that's just the kind of guy he is! (I kid you not, he didn't use those exact words, but that is pretty much what was said).

Anyone that was listening in on that call could have done exactly what I did. Perhaps some did - I sure hope so! However, apparently many DID NOT and literally JUMPED AT THE CHANCE to get this extra program. Oh, it was also being promoted by the fact that the first 40 or 50 (I can't remember exactly)that signed up that night would get an extra webinar with the presenter in the future). Get this...all for the low, low price of only $997!

Yeah, you read that right - $997. Hey folks, that just $3 short of $1,000!!! (And, honestly, it may have been the first 100 to sign up that night - I had pretty much "checked out" at that point).

And, guess what? He sold out right then and there. As a matter of fact, the last 20 minutes of this webinar was a continuous push for anyone/everyone to get in on it NOW while there were spots still open. Now then, friend, DO THE MATH and see how much $$ this guy made on this call. Why? "Because that's the kind of guy I am".

Now do you share my frustration (and yes, even outrage)?

FINAL HINT: Do NOT become so enamoured/gung-ho about an opportunity that you don't THINK and keep your eyes open! All anyone on that call had to do was just THINK and do some quick research to find out that, quite honestly, this was a LIE that they bought in to at a very steep price! THINK - THINK - THINK!

So, I can hear you now: "Mike, why are you STILL doing business with this guy?" Well, I'm really not doing business with him anymore. I got in for only $19 and I am learning a LOT of things by my own follow through. Honestly, I'm determined to make some $$ in SPITE of this guys deceit and deception - yes, I said that very clearly.

Again, once I make some decent or consistent money with this, I will let you know EXACTLY what I did for FREE. Believe me, what I've learned is NOTHING proprietary and nothing that ANYONE couldn't do. Fair enough?

Bottom line: This, once again, has strengthened my resolve to FIND A WAY to make some money online in order to help fund some of my other goals.

Take Control of YOUR Destiny! (Part 3)

Hopefully, by now you realize how important it is for each of us to be working in order to take control of our own destiny.

Isn't that why you are here? Isn't that why you spend the time listening to this podcast as well as others? Isn't that why you are working to improve your mindset?

You see, taking control of our own destiny is NOT NORMAL!

Can you believe that?

It SHOULD be the most natural thing in the world - but, for most of us, it is very ABNORMAL and it goes against everything that we have been trained to think!

If the economic conditions of the past year or two hasn't awakened you to the necessity of taking control of your own destiny then, let me say it this way...

WAKE UP!

Again, it is a process and it takes planning, persistence and discipline - but it will be worth it to know that no one else holds your destiny in their hands...won't it?

SURE IT WILL! So, as long as you are taking the steps to improve your mindset, why not also be doing the things that will help ensure your ability to take control of your destiny - perhaps within the next five years, if not less?

BREAK IT DOWN

First of all, if you haven't done so, you need to KNOW what it is you really want to do! You cannot make adequate plans without knowing what it is you want to do and the financial plan necessary to make it happen.

So, let's just use this little scenario as an example so that you can see what it is you need to do in your own situation.

EXAMPLE:

This example will NOT take into consideration your spouse working and being able to add to the income needed to make this happen. By doing the example this way, you can take a good look at yourself as an individual to see what you need to do and what can be done.

Let's say that you really love working with kids and you have decided that you would really like to work with kids that have developmental problems. You'd really love to do this but you know that you cannot support yourself and/or your family on the $20,000/year salary that is offered with the job (and no benefits, either).

YOU WANT TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR DESTINY and you are determined to be able to follow your PASSION with this job. In order to do so, you must break it down so that you can see EXACTLY what you must do in order to make this happen. (Please understand that I am not going to be able to cover every item that you, yourself, must consider in your own particular situation).

You do the math and figure out that, taking into consideration many things, you need a total of $50,000 a year in order to make this dream a reality. This means, obviously, that you are needing to come up with an additional $30,000 per year on top of the school salary to be able to follow this passion.

How long will this take? It depends upon a lot of variables. For example (depending on how important this dream is will determine what you are willing to do) you may be able to sell that beautiful boat to make it happen sooner. Perhaps, you already have a certain amount of money set back that can go towards this effort. However, for our purposes in this example, I am going to approach this as if you have nothing set back to help and you are basically planning this from scratch.

How soon can you put yourself in position to make this happen? Let's use the figures from yesterday's blog entry and apply the figures...

1. If you were able to bring in an additional $1,000/month you would have $60,000 at the end of 5 years (again, not taking into consideration interest, investment, etc.). This would allow you to work at this job and KNOW that you have what you need for 2 years. Of course, you will be adding to this in the process, right? IF you don't want to wait for 5 years, you would have accumulated $36,000 in 3 years which would enable you to take care of the first year of your passion. (By the way, $1,000/month comes out to about an extra $33 per day = DO-ABLE!)

2. If you were able to bring in an additional $2,000/month you would have $120,000 at the end of 5 years, allowing you to work at this job and KNOW that you would have what you need for 4 years - not too shabby, huh? Again, if you don't want to wait for 5 years, you would have accumulated $48,000 in just 2 years which would enable you to take care of the first year and a half plus a little more working your passion. (By the way, $2,000/month comes out to about an extra $66 per day = DO-ABLE with a little extra effort!)

3. If you were able to bring in an additional $3,000/month you would have $180,000 at the end of 5 years, allowing you to work at this job and KNOW that you would have what you need for 6 years while still adding to the total. Wow, pretty amazing, huh? Again, if you don't want to wait for 5 years you could begin this process at the end of 1 year with the $36,000 that would be brought in. If you wanted a little more "comfort" room as you pursue your passion you could wait for 2 years (which would bring in $72,000), 3 years ($108,000) or 4 years ($144,000). Pretty amazing when you really look at it this way, isn't it? (By the way, $3,000/month comes out to about an extra $98 per day = DO-ABLE but with concentrated effort!)

Here's the main thing to remember in all of this:

IF YOU NEVER START - THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN!

Now do you see why I have emphasized the fact that taking control of our destiny takes focus? There are not many of us that can "jump out of the plane" right now, BUT...most of us - if not all of us - can make that leap with the proper planning and determination.

What's it worth to you?
